Account & Registration

Registering on JojoBet takes about two minutes. Go to jojobet-app.net/register and fill in three short steps: your personal details (name, date of birth, country), your account credentials (Pakistani mobile number, email, username) and your password. Once you confirm the Terms and Conditions and verify your mobile number via OTP, your account is live. No documents are needed to register – you only need to provide ID when making your first withdrawal.

You must be at least 18 years old to open a JojoBet account. This is verified during the KYC process at withdrawal and monitored through account activity. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are immediately closed and any balance forfeited. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register on JojoBet.

No. JojoBet enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. If you have forgotten your login, use the password recovery option on the login page rather than creating a new account. You can update your email address and contact preferences from Account Settings after logging in. Your username cannot be changed after registration – choose it carefully. If you need to update your name, CNIC number or date of birth due to a data entry error, contact JojoBet support at support@jojobet-app.net with your CNIC for verification. Core identity fields require manual review for security reasons.

JojoBet's KYC process requires a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) or passport. You may also be asked to provide proof of your payment method – for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your registered mobile number. KYC is only required when you make your first withdrawal. The review typically takes 24–48 hours and you will receive a confirmation email once approved.

Deposits & PKR Payments

JojoBet accepts JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits clear instantly and are the most popular options among Pakistani JojoBet players. IBFT transfers typically take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits should appear within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile. If it was deducted but not credited to JojoBet, note the transaction reference number and contact JojoBet support via live chat or email with that reference. JojoBet does not charge any processing fee on deposits. The full deposited amount is credited to your PKR balance. Note that your payment provider – JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank – may apply their own transaction charges. These are charged by the provider, not by JojoBet, and JojoBet has no control over them.

Withdrawals

Log in to your JojoBet account, go to the cashier section and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred withdrawal method – JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay or IBFT – enter the amount and confirm. If your account is KYC-verified, the request is processed in the order it is received. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 1–4 hours. IBFT withdrawals can take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.

The minimum withdrawal from JojoBet is Rs 500. There is no fixed daily maximum but larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification as a security measure. JojoBet recommends keeping your withdrawal method consistent with your deposit method – if you deposited via JazzCash, withdraw to JazzCash – to speed up processing.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal are: (1) KYC verification is still pending – JojoBet cannot release funds to an unverified account; (2) active wagering requirements on a bonus attached to your balance; (3) the request was submitted outside peak processing hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours and none of these apply, contact support@jojobet-app.net with your withdrawal reference number.

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal that is still in "pending" status from the cashier section of your account. Once the withdrawal status changes to "processing" it cannot be reversed. JojoBet recommends against cancelling withdrawals to place more bets – this is a common pattern that can indicate problematic gambling behaviour and our responsible gaming team may reach out if it occurs frequently.

Bonuses & Promotions

New JojoBet members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to Rs 5,000. If you deposit Rs 2,000 you get Rs 2,000 bonus – giving you Rs 4,000 to play with. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically within minutes of your first deposit clearing. Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to bet your bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real money. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in bets using that bonus before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally to wagering – slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Check the specific bonus terms on the Promotions page for exact figures.

First, check the Bonuses section in your JojoBet account to see if the bonus is showing there but not yet active. Some bonuses require a promo code to be entered during deposit – if you missed this step, the bonus may not have triggered. If you entered a code and still did not receive the bonus, contact JojoBet support with your deposit reference number and the promo code you used. The team will verify and credit it manually if eligible.

Promo codes can be entered on the registration page during sign-up, or in the deposit section of your account when making a qualifying deposit. Yes. JojoBet offers a cash-out feature on selected live betting markets. When a cash-out value is available on your open bet, a "Cash Out" button and the current value appear in your open bets list. The cash-out value fluctuates with the live match situation – it may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on how the game is going. Not all markets support cash-out; eligibility is indicated at the time of placing the bet.

JojoBet has a dedicated Live Cricket Score section that shows real-time ball-by-ball updates for ongoing cricket matches. The score tracker is integrated directly alongside the live betting interface so you can monitor the match and adjust your bets without switching between tabs or apps.

If a match is abandoned before reaching the minimum required overs (for T20 it is typically 5 overs per side, for ODIs it varies by the Duckworth-Lewis rules), JojoBet voids all related bets and the stake is returned to your account in full. If the match was reduced but a valid result was reached under D/L, bets on the match winner market are settled on the official result. Bets on markets like "total runs in over 15" are voided if the match did not reach that point.

In crash games, a multiplier rises from 1x at the start of each round. You place a bet before the round begins and then choose when to cash out while the multiplier is still climbing. If the multiplier crashes before you cash out, you lose your bet. If you cash out in time, your winnings are your stake multiplied by the value at which you cashed out. Security & Login

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email. JojoBet will send a reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the reset message within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact support@jojobet-app.net. Accounts are locked after 5 failed login attempts as a security measure – if this happens, use the reset process rather than continuing to try.

Log in to JojoBet, go to Account Settings and open the Security section. Select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" and follow the prompts to link your Pakistani mobile number. Once active, every JojoBet login will require both your password and a 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile. This takes about two minutes to set up and is the most effective protection for your PKR balance.

Act immediately. Log in, change your password and use "Log out all other devices" from Account Settings. Then email support@jojobet-app.net with the subject "Urgent – Unauthorised Account Access". Our security team reviews login logs and can freeze the account if suspicious activity is confirmed. Do not process any withdrawals while a potential compromise is under investigation.

Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings after logging in and open the Responsible Gaming section. From there, select "Deposit Limits" and set your preferred daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. If you want to reduce a limit, the lower limit applies straight away.
